LIGHT EQUIPMENT:

Dynapac has a full range of forward vibratory plates, reversible plates, rammers, walk-behind rollers and trench compactors for use on minor jobs, in confined spaces, trenches and as a complement to large rollers where access is limited. The wide choice of diesel and petrol engines ensures that there is a range of machines for each market. Good depth effect and high maximum speed provide large surface capacity while careful consideration has been given to safety and the working environment.

ROLLERS:

Rollers are used to compact a material to a pre-specified density. The work may only account for a small fraction of the total project cost, but if compactors fail to meet specifications, an entire job can back up and slow down.  Vibration dampened platforms, swivel seats for good visibility, logically sorted controls, Roll Over Protective Structures (ROPS) and more all contribute to operator comfort and safety. Equipment such as compaction meters and computerized analysis equipment are also available to help with quality assurance work.

PAVERS:

Surfacing work has a major influence on the life span of a structure. An uneven surface, or inconsistent layer thickness or cross-slope, may lead to premature failure.  The Dynapac range includes small pavers for street work, where the accent is on maneuverability, to large pavers with extendible screeds for multi-lane highways, where capacity is a key factor. There are wheeled and tracked versions to cover all job-site conditions.

PLANERS:

The main approach for road maintenance is to provide best road conditions for safe and comfortable driving in all weathers. Cold planers are developed to remove asphalt and concrete pavement in layers by a rotating milling drum. The milled material may be transported via conveyor on a truck for further recycling processes, spread on-site or stockpiled to the rear for further application.  The cold milling operation has turned out to be the most effective and economic way for road maintenance.
