COLD PLANERS:
Roadtec carries a full line of cold planers from utility to full-lane.  These cold planers provide the optimum balance between horsepower, production and maneuverability.  All track models can be equipped with a bi-directional feature to achieve down cutting in the reverse direction of travel.  Variable width cutters and attachments for side cutting , make Roadtec cold planers the most versatile milling machines available today.
 

COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLERS:
Roadtec cold planers can be fitted with emulsion or foam packages for cold in-place recycling (CIR) applications.  Flexibility is the key to their machines.  These machines can move quickly from cold planing to CIR applications and back again, thanks to the bi-directional drum rotation advantage.  Roadtec is the only manufacturer to produce two single-purpose models that perform the entire CIR process on-board eliminating the need for an equipment train while providing excellent screen-sized material.


 



ASPHALT PAVERS and SCREEDS:
Roadtec pavers are the most reliable and maintenance-free pavers in the industry.  These units are simply designed and well-balanced for maximum tractive effort and can be equipped with a variety of screeds, all with electric heat as standard equipment.  Access to major components in the pavers is unmatched by competitive brand machines.  Roadtec pavers all have FXS fume extraction systems as standard equipment.
 

MATERIAL TRANSFER VEHICLES:
Roadtec offers the latest in pavement placement technology available worldwide on their material transfer vehicles.  These units are self-propelled transfer devices with unique anti-segregation designs that remix asphalt material to produce a consistent size and temperature.  These units also allow for continuous paving by separating truck unloading from the paving process.
